Shipping policy (配送規約)

・送料

- 国内：

全国一律　¥700

- 国際：

アメリカ　¥1700

アジア　¥1000

ヨーロッパ　¥2000

※ヨーロッパ宛は現在の世界情勢により船便のみでの発送になり、お荷物の到着まで1-3ヶ月要します。（追跡あり）

・国内又は国際発送に関してはお客様からのお申し出がない限り日本郵便での配送になります。

・それ以外の配送オプション希望の場合はお問い合わせフォームより事前にご相談をお願い致します。(希望の配送オプションにより送料が異なる場合が有ります。)

・全ての商品(一部商品を除く)がMade-to-orderになり、代金の入金確認後に商品の制作に入ります。

・入金確認後から発送までに2-4週間頂きます。

・入金の確認が取れ次第入金確認完了メールを送信致します。そのメールを当社から送信した時点でオーダーのキャンセルは受付不可とします。

・国際配送の際に万が一、輸入関税、通関手数料、諸税が発生した場合は全額お客様のご負担となり、当社はそれらの料金の返金は致しません。

・商品が配達キャリアに受け渡された後に生じたトラブルに関して、当社は一切の責任を負いかねます。

Since we are made-to-order based brand, we start your order after we confirm your payment is placed.

Return&refund policy (返品&返金規約)

・オーダー番号と返品理由を合わせ shunnakasato107@gmail.com にお問い合わせ下さい。

・返品受付可能期間は商品がお客様のお手元に到着してから7日以内とします。

・商品受領時の状態で配送に使用されたボックスに入れ返却をお願い致します。

・返品商品は未着用（試着を除く）、未洗濯、付属のタグが切り離されず付いていること、汚れや傷がなく販売出来る状態の商品のみ受け付け可能とします。

・商品の状態を確認し問題がなければお客様ご指定の銀行口座に商品代金の返金をさせて頂きます。

・返品の際に発生する配送料はお客様ご負担になります。

・商品不良での返品の場合、返送の際に掛かる送料は当社負担とします。

・商品が配達キャリアに受け渡された後に生じたトラブルに関して、当社は一切の責任を負いかねます。

・送料は返金の対象外です。

・セール商品は返品対象外です。

All items need to be intact and in sellable conditions with all tags and packaging.

We are not liable for any damages happened after items are handed to a carriage company.

Shipping cost is not refundable.
